Walking around the block every morning is a great way to start the day.
There are four unusual components to my personal walk around the block.
Do this for the entire walk (at least when no one is watching)
over and over in a two-octave up and down arpegio.
Do this for the first quarter of the walk or until your arms are too tired.
See Youtube for the arm motions to use while walking (at least when no one is watching) to workout your upper body while walking. Also use the Face and Voice Exercise described below.
do this for the second quarter of the walk.
Walk sideways crossingn the back leg first in front and then in back. 14 steps and then two count to face the other direction.
do this for the third quarter of the walk
Clasp your hands in front of your chest and move then slowly back and forth as if your are arm wrestling with your self, all the while rotating your hands to exercise your forearms. Alternate your grip every so often to that one hand is dominant and then the other.
Walk normally for the remainder of the walk and mentally plan your day.
