The Zero Imact Workout is perhaps the most important component of all in the quest for beauty and health. It is not only a workout but a time of quiet and meditation, a ritual of caring for oneself and something that requires no equipment nor membership to a gym.
I have developed the Zero Impact Workout over the past 30 years. It exercises and stretches every muscle in the body and differs from something like Yoga in that there are no static positions - you are always in motion. The workout is combined with sunning and voice exercise (which also serves to stimulate the (what part of the brain? Hypothalmus?). There are three versions of the Zero Impact Workout.
Start off by breathing out repeatedly. That is easier than taking a big breath in. You can start it as soon as you wake up. Also hum a little with each exhale. Shortly you will want to take in a big breath. Do that then begin the The Morning In-Bed Workout. See the workout on You Tube.
In the morning when the sun rises to 34 degrees in the sky or in the afternoon when it sinks to 34 degrees are the best times to do the Sun Zero Impact workout. See the full Sun Zero Impact Workout on You Tube.
At work in the mid morning and/or at night when it gets dark are the best times to do the Standing Zero Impact Workout. See the full Standing Zero Impact Workout on You Tube. After finishing the Standing Zero Impact say a prayer/statement-of-intent similar to the following.
